White Chicken Recipe



 Here is a simple recipe for white chicken:

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the broth has reduced by half.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  7. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
