Mango Ice-Cream Recipe

 



Here is a recipe for a delicious mango ice cream:

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups diced ripe mangoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a blender or food processor, puree the mangoes until smooth.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the mango puree, cream, milk, and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar has dissolved.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  5. Transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Scoop the ice cream into bowls or cones and serve. Enjoy!
