Chinese Noodles Recipe



 Here's a recipe for Chinese Noodles that you might enjoy:
Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces of Chinese egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup of diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup of sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup of diced onions
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 green onions, diced

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Chinese egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the vegetable oil and swirl to coat the pan.

  3. Add the diced carrots and onions, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

  4. Add the minced garlic and sliced bell peppers, and stir-fry for an additional minute.

  5. Push the vegetables to the side of the pan and add the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until they are fully cooked.

  6. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and stir-fry until the noodles are hot and the vegetables are tender.

  7. Stir in the soy sauce and green onions, and cook for an additional minute.

  8. Serve the noodles hot.
