Here is a recipe for mutton seekh kabab:
Ingredients:
- 500 grams mutton mince
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 small piece ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- 1 egg
- Skewers (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mutton mince, grated onion, grated ginger, grated garlic, chopped green chilies, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, cilantro, and mint.
- Beat the egg and add it to the mixture, then mix everything together well.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer to form a long, cylindrical shape. If you don't have skewers, you can shape the mixture into patties or balls.
- Preheat a grill or griddle pan over medium heat.
- Place the skewers on the grill or griddle and cook for 8-10 minutes on each side, or until the kababs are cooked through and browned on the outside.
- Serve the kababs hot, with chutney or raita on the side. Enjoy!
