Mutton Seehk Kabab Recipe

Here is a recipe for mutton seekh kabab:

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams mutton mince
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 small piece ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • 1 egg
  • Skewers (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mutton mince, grated onion, grated ginger, grated garlic, chopped green chilies, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, cilantro, and mint.
  2. Beat the egg and add it to the mixture, then mix everything together well.
  3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer to form a long, cylindrical shape. If you don't have skewers, you can shape the mixture into patties or balls.
  4. Preheat a grill or griddle pan over medium heat.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill or griddle and cook for 8-10 minutes on each side, or until the kababs are cooked through and browned on the outside.
  6. Serve the kababs hot, with chutney or raita on the side. Enjoy!
