Mutton Kabab Recipe






 Mutton kababs are a delicious and flavourful snack or appetizer that is popular in India and other parts of South Asia. Here is a recipe for mutton kababs that serves 4-6 people:

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams mutton, minced
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil or ghee
  • Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the minced mutton, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and salt. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
  2. Preheat a grill or griddle pan over medium heat.
  3. Divide the mutton mixture into small balls and shape them into oval or cylindrical kababs.
  4. Brush the kababs with oil or ghee and grill them for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and browned on all sides.
  5. Garnish the mutton kababs with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
