Ingredients:
- 500 grams mutton, minced
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil or ghee
- Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the minced mutton, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and salt. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
- Preheat a grill or griddle pan over medium heat.
