Chees Chicken Kabab Recipe



 Here is a recipe for cheese chicken kabab:

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 ounces grated cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Skewers (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  2. Place the chicken cubes in a large mixing bowl and add the yogurt mixture. Mix everything together well, making sure that the chicken is well coated.
  3. Preheat a grill or griddle pan over medium heat.
  4. Thread the chicken cubes onto skewers, if using. If you don't have skewers, you can leave the chicken in cubes.
  5. Grill the skewers or chicken cubes for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the chicken is cooked through and browned on the outside.
  6. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top of the chicken skewers or cubes and continue grilling for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve the kababs hot, with chutney or raita on the side. Enjoy!
