Here is a recipe for cheese chicken kabab:
Ingredients:
- 500 grams chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 ounces grated cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
- Skewers (optional)
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
- Place the chicken cubes in a large mixing bowl and add the yogurt mixture. Mix everything together well, making sure that the chicken is well coated.
- Preheat a grill or griddle pan over medium heat.
- Thread the chicken cubes onto skewers, if using. If you don't have skewers, you can leave the chicken in cubes.
- Grill the skewers or chicken cubes for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the chicken is cooked through and browned on the outside.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top of the chicken skewers or cubes and continue grilling for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve the kababs hot, with chutney or raita on the side. Enjoy!
